Is Savor pet-friendly?
Yes! Savor welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment home. Dogs and cats are welcome (breed restrictions apply for dogs). Our community also features a dedicated dog wash station.
Maximum: 2 pets per home
Pet fee: $200 (one-time, non-refundable per pet)
Pet deposit: $300 (refundable per pet)
Pet rent: $50/month (per pet)

Is Savor a smoke-free community?
Yes. Savor is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment homes, on patios and balconies, or in any common community area.
